Database Management:
NAMG has developed customized databases for its clients to track
and monitor membership, conference attendance, PAC donations, committee
assignments, regional affiliations, as well as full function financial,
accounting, management and reporting etc. NAMG meets with each client
to determine what components they need in their membership database
and the database and website is customized specifically for each
client.
NAMG utilizes an association management software program which
easily integrates with association websites. The software enables
online event/meeting registrations, e-commerce, a self-service membership
directory, online dues payment and much more.
Website Management:
NAMG has developed comprehensive web-based solutions for associations
that include complete back of the house database management. NAMG’s
association websites are database driven and has complete association
management tools available, including PAC administration, chapter
or regional designation, Board and committee assignments, advertising,
sponsorship and booth sales, and member program and service participation.
NAMG has also developed websites with shopping cart technology for
online purchasing and event registration. In addition, NAMG utilizes
web based technology for training programs including webinars, and
video emails.
NAMG also has in-house web design, management and hosting capabilities

have access and contracts with outside providers for special design
including the ability to set up merchant acceptance (credit/debit
cards) to allow online event registration. NAMG provides web editing
for our clients including content updates, maintaining online directories,
creating new links and pages and uploading member information (agendas,
